A Snowman

"Ok so..... On my way home this evening I came across
this awesome, perfectly made snowman on someone's front lawn.
I noticed he had a carrot nose, coal eyes and a wonderful scarf.
Then I realized he had pants too. But his pants were pulled down.
I had to know why he has his pants pulled down, so I asked him.
The snowman looked at me with a smerk on his face and said,
"Look over there, see that! oh yeah, here comes the snow blower!". ..yup! LoL-LoL!!!"

Oh, it was sooo good!

The Birds, Update of the Peregrines, Yup!

You were born in the hospital on the right, and the birdies are up in the tower on the left.

And that shadow is me with my gross-r-e bag. LoL! Gross-R-E! yup!

Look at King St. All ripped up building the new ION light rail transit line. Exciting stuff, I love me some cool transit ride!

Closer to the hospital.

The arrow is pointing to the box (the nest) where our bird family lives.

Another photo of the tower. You can see the CKCO-TV building of which the tower is part off.

Beautiful weather here this weekend, yup!

And just for some flavour, here is a photo of Stonehenge with many people there for the summer solstice I guess.

I really hope there will a chance for me to travel the globe some day soon. There are so many wonderful sights / places / countries I'd love to see one day. 1st on my list will be Egypt and King Tut.

He said to say "Moo, sup man!" to ya.

Birthdays

Hmmm, dunno if posting this is appropriate or not.
Like umm, me saying 'Happy Birthday',
You know what I'm trying to say....
...so I am gonna do it anyway.
I think it's kindda cool because if you weren't born
...the entire world would be different. Without you
the world is only grey, dark, unwelcoming and cold.
So yep.... celebrating your birthday is the right thing to do.
It is a great way for the rest of us to keep you in our hearts forever.

Last week was your birthday, so...Happy Birthday Paul!

Great thing to do when it's cold here

Hi and yep, it's frr-free-freez-freezzing out there today.
(* sooo it's been so chilly here I thought I would go
somewhere that would be warmer. Okie now, yesterday
I jumped onto a plane and flew half way around the planet
to Australia. And yes, it is beautiful there, beyond belief.
There are hundreds of little lagoons all around the coast line.
I went to the best one of course. One offer that made up
my mind for me was the opportunity to have pictures taken
   with the wildlife.
I got into my wet suit and swam all the way out to where the
sharks were. Aaaah, it was awesome. No fighting, no biting,
no blood and pieces of flesh floating around.
This picture is me with 'Jabber-Jaws' the shark. He might look
scary, but he is actually very nice. And he always smiles at
just the right time for a picture. Awesome!!
Great picture I must say, indeed. whoop-whoop!*)

I started to write again

A Sleeping Star

I found a sleeping star
I cuddled it with love
I hummed a song or two
Inspired by grace and love.

Always looking up at the sky
How slow time can pass
When one has pain and observes emptiness
Still the aches and sadness have not passed
Missing you, us all en masse.

Seeing the rainbows through our wet tears
Somehow they cover us for now; from our pain and fears
We bring you a simple gift; for you to keep and to hold
It's the rainbows which always appear
When we pray for a day; when we shall meet again.

Now for you we share our rainbows
They wrap around us, lessening our sadness
Looking through our rainbows
We come together; you are always with us we know
We reflect on the past with the passion of a hope
When you hear us as we sing
Know the reason, we sing for you

The star has awoke and risen once again
It covers us all with love and security
We are inspired, hopeful once again by graces we share
We hold each other dearly; pushing away the fear
We know you are here with us
And waiting to see us again.
Together we'll sing songs and try to carry on.

-me (aka) Mark Edward Lee ....yep-yep.
